The 174 Trust is a mixed disability group and artist Colin Mc Gookin set about creating a project tailored to all. Taking on board the wider environmental issues plus their immediate locality, they felt the Trust’s logo of the dove would represent both in the creation of a large scale willow sculpture The group worked as a team to fabricate the shape of the bird then covered it with film, feathers and paper will hang from a high ceiling area in their community hall.  The mixed disability group had great enthusiasm for the project and the 174 Trust’s activity coordinator was very appreciative of the project and NBCAI’s approach.
