The Consortium is responsible for identifying and recommending a diverse range of community groups that have expressed interest or would be applicable to undergo an art programme facilitated by New Belfast. The consortium therefore upholds the interests of the beneficiaries who they represent and are the direct link between New Belfast and community groups and the Belfast general public.
